Try connecting your phone to the DM and see if it shows up there.
Which version are you running? Still on 7.0? Or have you upgraded to a leaked 7.1 OS? Chances are, if you're running a leaked OS, you'll need to downgrade to the previous Rogers release for 7.0 before you can upgrade to 7.1 OTA.

Yeah, I'm running a leaked 7.1.0.267, been meaning to upgrade to the leaked .402 that came out a couple weeks ago, just haven't gotten around to doing it on my 9900 (did it on my 9860 and my sis's 9810 though lol)
Will try plugging it in to DM when I get home from the office later on. If not, hopefully someone has an OTA for it by then

It takes time for the server to push the update. Hold on and you will get it soon. Same apply to Telus and other service providers as well.

Got mine installed.. Took awhile, at least an hour, made sure it was plugged in.
Mobile hotspot option now available. Tried wifi calling, called failed. I suspect Rogers isn't allowing it and will most likely charge an addon for this. :-(
