Waiting for the PC download is probably the way to go. OTA takes hours and hours....

In the process of updating OTA. What if I need to rollback? Where is the back-up file stored? Or is there a set of instructions already out there? I usually have updated using the apploader.
Thanks.Chuck

Wish we could no if 7.1 lowers the risk of a dead phone
We know its not the cure but it may almost be the fix. I mean
will the percentage be lower for bricking and if so by how much,
My .374 is flawlwss only fear motivates me to update. I am sure the issue is not even close to being fixed.
7.1 is not the fix and i'm starting to rambleLast edited by Betmen; 01-10-2012 at 12:32 AM.

Well, still has the drop to 92. Silly me thought something would change in the Verizon version (I know it is the same build).
I may inquire with Verizon and just see what happens.

I'm skipping this update. The Sprint version had too many issues, and the battery life seems better with 7.0.374. I'll hold tight until the next leak or approved version.

Been using this for about 24 hours now. Not seeing really anything vastly different. Battery life seems about the same compared to what I was running (.374). I have noticed a little bit more lag but not anything major that hinders the use of the device. So far I would say that if you are happy with the build you are running go ahead and skip this update, unless I am missing something which I don't think I am.

Just finished installing via OTA. Noticed a bit of sluggishness, but still doing battery pulls. Way too early to tell on battery yet.
