iTotally FAIL getting bb 9900 5 times from T-mobile
- Well, my wife lost bb 9700 yesterday. Someone took the phone and seemed to take out the sim card or turned off service.
I am still 6 months away from full upgrade (24 months) So I talked to 3 regular reps and 2 people in the loyalty department, they couldn't help me at all getting a bb9900 as an upgrade.
So today I decided to upgrade to a family plan (which adds a line with new full contract) with full discount. I tried and tried and tried to get a discounted 9900 and all they say is NO NO F NO. I get a corporate discount, free shipping/no activation fee, and sometimes slightly better prices on blackberries. So they forced me to get myTouch 4G, which is $0 today.
Has T-mobile always been like that? They can't even do one tiny discount or anything.09-15-11 01:01 PMLike 0 - Well, my wife lost bb 9700 yesterday. Someone took the phone and seemed to take out the sim card or turned off service.

At Verizon I am able to pay full price for my phone and get no benefit other than not being locked into a contract. However, Verizon has such better coverage09-15-11 04:21 PMLike 0
- So u can't afford or don't wanna pay for the phone which we all pretty much pay the same for_that should be title of ur thread

- What exactly was his question? Didn't seem like that was the question to me.
Next - @kellyjdrummer - no one pissed in my wheaties LOL...I'm just so tired of the whinning and crying about stupidity - like what was written in the top post of this thread...
There was nothing positive in his post; he isn't helping anyone; he doesn't own a 9900 and won't buy one till someone gives it to him for free...does that really have any place here? What does he contribute here exactly, besides his bellyaching stemming from how cheap he is? Seriously...09-15-11 07:37 PMLike 0
