    I have run several searches with bing, Google, and on this Site to no avail. My itunes playlists won't sync via the desktop manager on my pc. It puts a shadow of them on my phone but when I open the playlists they are all red and won't play. I can find the song in my phone and it will play them just fine individually but not via the playlists. Have tried wiping and resyncing my music several times to no avail.

    I am running the latest os 7.1.5x on a tmobile 9900.

    Thought I might add that the playlists are working just fine on my playbook.

    well just in case anybody else has this issue in the future I solved it by wiping my BB with BBSAK, downgrading to a carrier approved OS and then reloading everything again. It caused more bugs where my contacts would not restore and then I had to pull them from an alternate reserve backup (I have many). In the end it worded out though.
