I recently put music on my blackberry bold using the BB device manager program and half of the songs work very well and the other half come up as "unknown". When I try to play the unknown ones I get a message that says "media is being played is in a unsupported format". Anyone else run into this issue? Any advice I could get would be much appreciated.
I had this same issue. For me, it was because the files were protected .wma files, which are not supported. I converted the files to mp3, and now they play fine.
