I've had the phone for 3 weeks now and been trying since the day I've had it to get the phone replaced but they always say they are completely OUT OF STOCK!
- Phone freezes
-Battery indictator does not work (it will show full battery and then say battery dained shutting down handheld)
-volume buttons do not work
-proximity sensor does not work
I am fed up of these issues and vodafones lack of help!

Get them to replace it when they get stock in?? Tell them that its their responsibility to replace a defective device simple as that. It cant be helped that they are out of stock though....if thats not satisfactory then return your device for a refund....speak to a supervisor and keep pestering them.
i am sick of the BS from them. Out of stock, need a manager to authorise the delivery even though it was reported in the 7 day period, tho totally ignored and out of stock used for an excuse. 8 contracts in total we have and they can shove the ruddy lot if they dont get this sorted and deal with my solicitor.
never seen as many faults on a phone straight outta the box.
