    I have an issue with my BES email only, when I delete it on my blackberry it wont delete it in Outlook.

    I have dont a full wipe and reload and also removed sync and cmine and resent the service books and still does not work.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Look in the Options of the mail client for Email Reconciliation. Make sure it is set to Mailbox & Handheld and not Handheld.

    Couple of more steps if that doesn't work.
    After selecting Mailbox and Handheld go to the menu and select first Save and then Purge Deleted Items.
    Then, from the inbox, hit the BB menu and select Reconcile Now.

    I always do this because I am a bit OCD.
