Hello everyone,

I am actually having issue with the voice calling on BBM7. I am on Bold 9900 with theOS 7.1.0.794 from China Unicom, and I get a message saying 'Your voice chat connection could not be established'.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing it numerous times along with turning off my firewall, and also changing the IP settings and stuff but it still persists.

All help shall be appreciated

you have to access the routers configuration.. look for the routers ip address and put into your pc's browser
