    Does anybody know if the IP solo mode is enabled on the latest leak of 7.1 for the 9900?

    I have asked this before but nobody has responded...

    I went ahead and installed the leak but there is no WiFi hotspot functionality. As in it doesn't show under manage connections.

    It was there for like 10 seconds before it disappeared completely.

    Any advice? I have wiped and reinstalled like 3 times already and no luck.

    try deleting service book,
    may be your operator doesn't support NFC.
    call carrier reps and confirm...

    It is not NFC. The mobile hotspot feature just goes away after a few seconds. I will try resending service books.

    Maybe your carrier has to turn it on. It sounds like its there but your phone is receiving a service book saying to remove the icon.

    This wasn't happening with the previous leak and and the latest leak somehow managed to register my Gmail account as an enterprise account...
