    I have Blackberry bold 9900 I just need technical support
    my device does not give me internet mail account set up option it gives me only for enterprise mail support instead regular one
    how can I manage not enterprise email sett up in my case ?

    Do you have BIS set up and working through your carrier? You'll have the little BlackBerry logo either to the left of the cell service bars at the top of the display or right below them next to your WiFi bars if you're connected to WiFi.

    Might have a BES IT policy attached. Could be why that's the only email setup option you're seeing.
