theres one called 'Search'... it even has a button near the top of this page to download it! Works every time too

There is a 3rd party app for Instagram, forgot the name though. Last time I read about it, it only supported the "social" side of Instagram, no filters. So you basicly need this app to share and view your Instragram stuff and another app (there are plenty of!) to modify your pictures.

You can use the Instagram mobile site but you will need an account first and can only view pictures similar to what the "paid" 3rd party Instagram apps are like.
