im using a bb bold 9900 with att and im on a mac. when i try to install the input languages for italian or french they do not appear on my dm. how do i update to an all languages os. tx

You need to download the multi language version of your 9900 os and install it via desktop manager.

No idea how it works on a Mac coz I don't do Apple, but on a PC it's a simple task...

Make sure you have the same OS loaded on your PC that you have installed on your phone, plug into your PC and open Desktop Manager.
Click on Applications, check the languages you want to install from the list, then click on Apply. Job done.
