im still using 7.0 which 7.1 os should i install?

does the battery life improve on that os? i dont know how to install a new os can someone show me?

I guess most people will give you different answers. Some like the newest .402 leak most, other prefer the official .342 versions you get from various carriers. I'm more or less happy with .318 by DoCoMo, the new .391 from Rogers also got decent reports.

Since you don't seem to know your way around a Blackberry I would just wait for your carrier to update your OS. Unless you don't have full functionality of your phone.
