Hi. I have had a 9900 for a few years. The BBM id is my home address. By accident I put the same address and password on her 9900. BBM is all messed up on both phones now. It says the same address cant be on two devices. Is there a way to change the address on her phone without messing mine up? If I do what my searches say I will mess up one or the other phone.
I appreciate any and all help.

I think you just uninstall and the install again, using hers.

Depending on where the BBID information was entered, you may need to wipe her device completely. Did she have a different BBID than yours when she setup the device?

Hi, thanks everyone for the speedy replies. I wound up wiping both phones. Both are running great. Picking up a lot of free space. Mine is now 220mb available. Both our BBM's are fine.
