My phone is on, receives calls, texts, emails etc. However it will not let me click anything. NOTHING. All it says is "restart completed" and the option of "Okay" and "Details" but again, it won't let me click.

I have pulled the batter 6 freaking times.

Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated!

Oh yeah...just wait for a few minutes until the phone is completely done with updating and getting service back on. I know it's a pain.

I wait and wait and it still doesn't do anything. Ugh. I will try again. I have had nothing but issues with this phone and this is my 6th replacement, not counting the Curve replacements I had before!

Try to insure your media card is inserted correctly if you have one in the device. I had an issue similar to yours, and I just took out the card, reinserted it and was back in business.
