I have a sprint 9900 unlocked but my current carrier is t-mobile. my Internet does not work. How can I make the edge signal capitalized. Thanks

You need a BLACKBERRY Data Plan. Call TMobile and ask them to add the proper data plan to your account.

Then you need to manually load the Service Books.

Note that if it is a Sprint device then it is the 9930 not the 9900.

Hey, I've actually went ahead and told them of the issue and they set up the proper data plan but never mention anything about manually loading the service books. What should I do?

Also keep in mind you will not get 3G on that phone with T-Mobile.
