I wanted to use the earphones that came with the phone itself in the box. And everytime I plug it in the jack and make a call it switches from Loudspeaker to the Headphones on its own and it doesn't stop until I unplug it. This problem is wiwth the Blackberry earphones only, I tried Beats and Apple In Ear Headphones and they're working perfectly. And I also tried the Blackberry ones on another iPhone and they're working perfectly. Can anyone help please?

    that is how it functions....
once you insert headphones, it's 4 point, 3.5 mm headphone kit
and it will automatically take you to headphone mode...
if you don't need this feature...
use 3 point, 3.5 mm jack...

Sometimes it could be a short. Mine did that a few times and I corrected it by plugging it in and unplugging it, palming it once, to get it back. Trust me, it's a pain.
