    Afternoon,

Just got my Blackberry 9900 on Vodafone UK, all is well except for the crap that Vodafone install on the phone like software trials etc. I did a wipe with BBSAK and installed .353 but the Vodafone splash screens, wallpapers etc are still there. My email account was still there as well so obviously not everything is being wiped. Is there anyway of properly wiping the 9900?

    Thanks.

The emails are linked with the Sim Card so you will get them as soon as your BB starts, that's normal

What you did was right, except, you need to shrink your OS to get rid of the wallpapers and carrier built in apps, make sure to also shrink "Sim Card Capabilities" otherwise the Vodafone pushed apps will still appear.

I recommend using BB Hybrid Tool v4.9.2 for shrinking.

The splash screen cannot be removed. That only appears once when you start your BB

    Thank you.

Is there anyway to unlink an email account from the simcard?
