I'm a Verizon user and I have an upgrade that is available on my line. I'm planning on getting the 9930 but $250 is just way too much. Did everyone pay $250 for it or is there any way I can get it for cheaper online? Someone help me out here!

I believe its 250 for a new line. for me, when i log in on verizon's site, the price drops to 199.99

I have no problem spending a bit more up front so i can avoid locking into a 3 year term (we are forced to take a 3 year term here in Canada rather than 2 year) and then paying a lot more in the long run. Plus this phone leaves me with no regret whatsoever

$621 off contract from Best Buy + $15 bucks a month for their service plan.. Way worth it though if u ask me.

All depends on the seller. I bought mine from someone off Kijiji. I bought from this guy in particular because he was an actual Rogers employee.

There is always the chance of coming across a stolen device, but for the most part those selling on CL or Kijiji are normal people just trying to sell their device. Usually it is people who were eligible for a hardware upgrade and just want to turn around and sell the new phone for a $300+ quick profit.

I want spend as low as I can since I'm from Europe and leaving next week. I'm afraid I will have problems with device and that will be the issue because of distance I guess. Any suggestions will be much appreciated .
