I just performed a device switch and transferred everything from my old 8900.

Well, after the switch, my menu icons became huge (4 x 2), when I tried to change that in "options", I realized this is the smallest possible grid layout (4 columns).

Anyway, how can I fix that? Is that a glitch or is there a way to fix it?

Try going to Home Screen Preferences and reset to default settings.

since you're on this forum. Anyway, I'm using the "Default" setting for Home Screen Grid Layout in Options>Accessibility and have 6 columns of icons.

I forget every time too! Seems to me to be an odd place to find that option. One of the few less intuitive quirks in the BB OS.
