Hello,

I am a newbie so i will apologize if at all this question has been raised and answered in other post.
So, i have a 9930 bold and its unlocked and works great but the issue is BIS service has to constantly be re-configured every time the sim in the phone is changed, is there a way to make the settings stay on the device without having to manually re-configure the device every time sim is changed?

btw i am not in the US if at all that helps.

if you take the sim out i would think you would need to reconfigure the info. resend the service books too. WHy is the sim coming out all the time?
