[CrackBerry Question]

Hey Guys , ive been searching for an answer, I have 2 laptops. 1st one has Xp and Jl Cmnder that works great , but the BB desktop software cant talk to my BB for some reason. I've uninstalled and installed new software with the same result. also tried to repair and check for new software with no luck.

on my second laptop, I have windows 10. the BB desktop works great, but Jl comander doesn't. I tried several times. i also tried to download BBSAK and that was a huge error as there was some malware nonsense, that keeps popping up and now i need to figure out how to get rid of that.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

i have the latest official windows 10 build, with bbsak, and no malware popup. Disable your antivirus. Download bbsak from http://bbsak.org/ and I have malwarebytes pro version installed on my win 10.

Have you got BlackBerry Link installed by any chance?

I do have it installed but I use that for my Z30

So now my next question is !! BB has restarted i used BBSAK and wiped the BB. loaded the OS , only 1 option was available
and its working, however it never removed the requirement for the Enterprise ( company ) password. Ive given this BB to my daughter as hers was stolen and Id like to remove the password, any idea's ??
