Hey all, I've been researching this for about 2 hours now and can't find a definitive answer. Apparently crackmem doesn't work with Windows7, and BBSAK is no longer available(?) I want to get rid of it b/c now when somebody leaves me a vm, I don't get a notification for it and I get a screen that say my VVM password is invalid. Please help!!!

Your VVM password should be exactly the same as the password you use to get your msgs calling in. Just setup VVM with your password and you'll love having it. Can't see why you wouldn't want to use it instead of dialing in.
That said, if your carrier disables it, it will still physically exist on your phone. Unless you are comfortable going into your OS Java folder, just leave it alone.

VVM has disabled my VM icon in the notification tray. I can no longer see that I have a VM. Also, the VVM keeps saying invalid passcode (I am putting in the correct one). I asked ATT today to get rid of it, they said they did, but it's still there. I also installed Crackmem, it won't recognize the OS. I found the code on here for the file, but I am a little leery of doing that. Any other suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Short of deleting VVM in your Java folder and reinstalling the OS, you'd have to live with it. If you're not comfortable deleting stuff manually from your java folder, you could use BBH Tool to shrink out VVM. Either way you're re reinstalling your OS. If you have questions on BBH Tool just ask.

You can use BBH Tools or BB Boss ,both are running well on windows 7 32bit & 64bit.....
Or using ShrinkNux app on ur device.. (extract .zip file on ur device)
    Delete anything that said 'vvm'
