When I upgraded to 7.0.0.374 I saw an option to add the S/MIME feature and installed it. S/MIME has a option for Default Encoding, and the only option I can use is Plain Text. I believe it is the cause of being unable to forward an email in HTML format with my email account connected to a BES.

I cannot figure out how to uninstall this, short of downgrading and the upgrading. Any ideas?

connect to desktop software and click on applications on the left and click X and then apply below

I thought that would work as well, but when I click on Applications all I see are the apps I've installed, and none of the BB modules.

Excellent - thanks. For anybody else reviewing this thread, this did work, but deleted all messages. Make sure you have a backup which you can restore after the change if desired.
