Hello everyone;

I bought brand new BlackBerry Bold 9900 for my business use from authorized dealer K.V.K. (TURKEY) two weeks ago. But i see that phone looks liked used and has lots of interesting marks(does not look like scratch) on it�s screen. I send it back to authorized service now they say "we can't find anything as you said." I contacted to Blackberry Head Office/Canada. they said we can't do anything. Do you know" what ma i going to do?"

Hopefully you took pictures of the marks you saw. I would then talk to the dealer you bought it from and see if they will help out. Maybe someone else will have a better solution, but that's all I can come up with.
