    on 9900 using DM as previously. However, the process has been stuck on "uploading RAM Image".

    Anyone have any clue as to what I can do to salvage the process or the device???

    Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    EDIT: Please ignore - sorted. Just unplugged it and it restarted the .523. Phew!

    If nothing works and you are scared...
    ..
    1. Visit your wireless carrier site and download new OS software for your device.
    2. Install it.
    3. Nuke your BB using BBSAK (search for using BBSAK)
    4. Re-install OS (search this forum for nuke install or how to install OS)
