Hello colleagues,
I bought a 9900 because I like the design. Nothing that is already pretty old model.
But the problems with the operating system started
3 days trying to transfer / sync / calendar from Google.
Maintenance with Google is stopped, OK .
I transferred my data from Gmail to Outlook, OK ....and the problems started.
BB Desktop Manager does not detect my profile in Outlook. Three days reading around the internet and I can not fix this problem.
Reinstalled Desktop Manager, even reinstalled Outlook. I deleted my old profile in Outlook. Created new ... I still can not synchronize or just transfer the calendar.

Can you help me.

Use outlook.com to sync it all

You can import everything from google to there and just add your acct on the phone and it should work. I haven't had an issue with them.

Thanks for reply but, is it possible to do this without BIS plan ?

The cheapest BIS coast 7 eur / 50 MB internet incl./ ?!?!
"Normal" internet plan coast me 3 eur for 1000 MB !

Not for the 9900. You have to have BIS/BES to get email.

If you get one of the BB10 models you can use the cheaper plan. Check the marketplace and see if you can find someone to trade with because people still want the 9900.

I believe Desktop Manager has problems with Outlook 2013 because it is not supported. The first question is what version of Office are you using? Second question is are you still using Gmail or is your data on Hotmail services? And the third question is if you use multiple calendars.
