I have been downloading themes from mybbota.com but I never signed up as a member. Now when I go to get a code to re-download a theme (like when I erased it off my phone, for example) I put in the details for the themes purchase from paypal. I get an error that says the transaction is invalid.

Could someone give me a hand in settling this? What am I supposed to do to get a code re-issued. These are from themes which the developer has said to me "Go to where you purchased the theme and click need new code". I have tried 6 different themes and I cannot get it to re-issue a code to me. Luckily, the developers are kind, sweet men who have helped me with a copy. But I know I am doing something terribly wrong. Could someone PLEASE give me directions?

Perhaps you should get your themes from us! Or doesn't your website have a mobihand store too? Or App World, isn't everyone just using App World now?

I wish I had a better answer for you, but I'm not a theme person. I only use them when I get them as gifts.

Thanks Rich, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean? I buy the themes from mybbota.com because that's where the developers offer them. If they were selling at Mobihand or CB, or even at App World, I would use. I would buy there first. In any event, the kind fellows at mybbota.com helped me out.

I found the solution to my problem to be this:
disable your wi-fi before trying to get a code re-issued. It seems to work after that!

So I am a happy camper after all.
