For some reason the other day when I started typing on my Blackberry 9900 the symbol selection thing keeps popping up on almost every button I click. I have to either type really slow and keep pressing back when it pops up or not do anything at all. It is really annoying too because sometimes when I click back it won't even go off the screen. Can someone please help me. I have the Bold 9900 and have only had it since January because it was a replacement for my old phone. HELP!! :(:crying:
Has the phone been water damaged at all? check the battery sticker and the one at bottom of the phone inside the battery cover
No I literally took it out of my bag and it just went all weird on me. Also what do I need to look for to see if it has water damage?
Have you tried a battery pull?

What do I have to do? I have taken the battery out now.
The stickers are still all white so I don't think it is water damage.
If you haven't gotten it wet, bring it back to your carrier and get them to fix it. It sounds like a problem with the keyboard.
