    I just updated my Blackberry 9900 software to 7.1 but had some issues completing the update with my BB desktop software (on mac then pc) and had to call my service provider to fix problems, after hours of dealing with it problem was solved and I restored everything on my phone.

    But ever since my restore my email hasn't been working and when I went to the 'Setup' page it would let me click every icon except the 'Email Accounts' and now sometimes I can get to that icon but on the next page it wont let me click or access the 'Internet Mail Account' option, only the 'Enterprise Account' option which is useless to me.

    PLEASE HELP! I don't want to call my service provider again or have to do a complete wipe/force reload of my phone.
