help with device wipe
Ok I recently did a security wipe of "user installed applications" and it wiped battery saver and device analyzer!? I thought this was part of the OS? Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Is there a way to get them back without re-loading the OS? I'm on 9900/7.1.0.391

I don't think those are native apps. I believe those are 3rd party apps. Do a search at App World and you should be able to find them.

Some of the apps added to the OS version you are using, you can find those apps and reinstall them.

Tried resending service books. No dice. And they are not in appworld. Starting to think that an os reload may be my only option

Reinstall the same OS, just like you did the first time. The missing modules that deleted will install again.
