    is it have BIS 4 ?

    Is it supporting email upto 11 MB ? and sending attachment upto 8 MB ?

    The 9900/30 is BIS4.1 compatible, when RIM start rolling this out to carriers during September/October.

    The device itself doesn't run BIS, but rather it will run off whatever version of BIS RIM is using on their servers.
