Default hardlocked 9900 how to unlock?

i bought a 9900 from tmobile that is apparently hardlocked although i cannot get it to display the screen that says "0 tries left" but every site i email about hard unlocking says their services are down and its been 2 weeks waiting for them.

are there any sites currently unlocking hardlocked phones remotely?

The remote server is permanently down. You will need to send the device (or bring the device) to a shop that offers DM3 unlocking. They will need to physically access the device via the USB port. It cannot be done remotely now.

Just curious. Why is the server permanently down? Did it crash? And if so, why not just get another one on line?

You don't have to ship to Canada. I am sure you will find stores in US that will unlock the phone by code.

Almost any local unlocking place will have the services to offer DM3 unlocking as well. Check your local paper, or Google it.

No ETA .. Radio Lab Tool has protected access from RIM. This software can only reset the device.
