Hey guys, when I am not hooked up to wifi and open up google maps "my location" can no be identified, however when hooked up to wifi it's there no problem. Any suggestions or ideas as to what is going on or wrong? I have the new bold 9900 btw. Thanks
Google Maps has been working better than ever for me on the 9930, locks on to GPS super fast, loads quick, etc. Not sure why it isn't working for you. When you've tried it, have you been inside? I find the GPS response time much faster outdoors but, even inside, you should at least be getting a cell tower fix that puts your location within a few hundred meters. Definitely check your settings.
