Frozen screen
I think my phone must have got damp screen is frozen cant work any of the keys need help please

did you try doing a battery pull? have you added a new app or theme ? Try the battery pull first to see if that fixes the problem

If you think its damp related, check the moisture detectors. There are two small white squares, one on the battery and another in the battery compartment. If they have changed to red then moisture hs got into the device. Hope its not that and that a battery pull will sort it out.
Do as you would be done by and 12 pence to the shilling (or 100 cents to the dollar).

What is a battery pull is it just removing the battery,if it is i have tried that

yeah susan try connecting it to desk top manager and click on the update thing like you normally would to update you device
