Was having an issue with the images on my screen looking wavy with ripples running up and down. Called VZW and they told me to remove battery and hold down the power button for 30 seconds then replace battery and power back up. It worked! Apparently the rep told me that by doing that, it removes all static electricity from the phone and its good to do at least once a month. Hope this helps anyone who's having this issue.
