One of our 9900s will not generate an update for World App for some reason. it is still at 3 something. Others have updated to the show 4.0.0.63. Is there a way to download and force an update to the current World App version?

Go to blackberry.com/appworld from your phone browser, and download from there.

While in App World open my world at the bottom. Once in my world hold the Alt button and hit R S T . It will reset App world and when you start it again it will refresh and offer the upgrade.

LOL, I consider myself pretty good with BB, but that ended up being ridiculously easy. I tried a bunch of things including deleting it from the desktop manager and reloading.
