Not sure, I know the Webkit Browser is very HTML 5 friendly but flash specifically I dont think so ...

Try it and see. If they're HTML5 they'll play... if they're Flash they won't.

I just tried nhl.com and yes, their videos do play on the 9900.

Some sites don't work though, like USA Today mobile site which show the error message that your platform is not supported.

Only BB10 devices support Flash (and the PlayBook so you could Bridge it to your phone's connection and play Flash videos through that)
