Bold 9900 - the botton strip in between the keypad and screen was a micro millimetre higher than the screen and when I slid my finger down I could feel a micromilimetre "ridge" for the first few days of use.

Here's the fix..... USE YOUR PHONE.

I am happy to report the strip is now flush.

That strip floats and covers 4 buttons. There aren't 4 individual ones like the older devices. If that plastic was firm it could potentially lead to cracking. It has give for a reason!

Use your device ... Squishes, squeeks and micromilimetres all go away with use!
