    hi all
new here and I tried searching for a similar post and googling it but couldn't really find anything similar.
I wanted to use an old blackberry phone as an mp3 player for my daughter. No phone access just mp3. Is there a way to disable the emergency call? The phone will never be used for anything other than an mp3 player, but I don't want her to accidentally dial the emergency call.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, and yes I know I could just buy her an mp3 player but she likes to pretend to use the phone as well and I don't want her damaging my current bb
    Thanks

If the device has parental controls you might be able to block calls BUT emergency calls is mandatory. If that is still not desired, you might be able to remove the radio file . can't promise it though.
