    This email won't do anything... I want it deleted, I've tried battery pulls etc... Any ideas?

    what happens when you choose 'delete' from your menu?

    i had a similar situation, but a battery pull got rid of it. if that doesn't work, i'd say your next step is to do a wipe and restore, after you backup?

    I keep getting the SAME issue on my T-Mobile 9900! Even with Verizon I was getting the same issue too...

    Most annoying. Battery pull only sometimes worked...

    Same thing several times over the years, battery pull always worked, don't shut off first, just open the battery door and pull it, wait a minute or so and re insert battery. Wait for it to reboot and hopefully it's gone. Always fixed the issue for me.

    Got a similar problem but I've got couple which open fine but won't delete at all!

    You have conversation mode turned on. Try viewing your e-mails as single messages (versus grouped) and try deleting them then. See if that helps.
