When I trying to open the Email Account Management to setup or edit email accounts, it gives me error "Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider." Please advise what the problem might be.

Try logging onto BIS account online and setup email from there it should ask you for imei of your BB.Maybe they set it up incorrectly at the store.

My phone is on Verizon. I went to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/
After I put in PIN and MEID, I got:

Cannot create account:
This action cannot be performed using a browser on a computer. Use the email setup application on your BlackBerry� smartphone to create an account.

I tried going the same URL on my phone, it says "the domain you accessed is not configured on this system..."
