Hello,

I dropped my device on a hardwood floor recently, but since then the 'B' and 'H' keys need to be pressed harder than normal to register.

Is there something I can do to bring it back to normal like before?

Other than taking it apart and replacing the button-pad underneath the keyboard you may be SoL.
