    Yes, highligt the the document, press menu, select add to homescreen. Same works with everything, contacts/pictures, videos, bbm/im/ contacts etc.

    I can't find that option on my menu. Just to be clear I know I can move the docs to go folder that's in applications to the home screen its a document I want to move when I've opened the docs to go folder. Sorry I'm not being clear on this. Thanks for reply and I hope that makes sense

    Go to the files app,
    Find the file,
    Menu key,
    Add to homescreen.
