I'm lovin it. I have had no problem with the battery, but I'm coming back from iphone and android. I get two days of business calls, email, and txting.

I loaded a free app that slowed my whole system down, but once I removed the troubled app I was up to speed again.

Best phone I've owned and I've owned a lot of them

Standout feature would have to be the browser which so fast and just works!

Couple of bugs initially but they're gone (my gmail sync is working as of 5 minutes ago lol)

I have the 9930 and I like it. The keyboard is great for long messages. The touchscreen makes navigation a breeze. The combo of the two is great. Can't believe RIM took so long to make a phone in this form factor. Call quality is also good. Haven't had anyone tell me that I'm fading or anything of the sort. The camera isn't as bad as so many claim. I've taken a fair share of pictures at an arms length away without the picture looking fuzzy. It does suffer in the dark but, so do many other cameras that have autofocus. The battery also lasts all day for me. I only have to charge in the morning and off I go for the day. Overall, it's a good phone.

I got the 9930 and so far loving it. Battery life is way better than my thunderbolt. 12hr battery is enough for me as I'm a pretty heavy user.

My 9900 is the best phone i have used. and ive used plenty.

i text and email all day and i browse the web in between usage and the 9900 is the best device for that. if you rely on a lot of apps then its a different story.

    in all, great device.

I love my Bold 9900 it's by far the best BB ever. No exaggeration. The battery life seems to be pretty bad...although I have an inkling it may be a defective battery.

I have a 9930, with no H+ but I love it. I've had some issues with my Gmail but I have figured those out.
    I really, really like it.

head and shoulders above the 9780.. you might get a bum battery but so what, its cheap to replace relative to the cost of the phone which offers so, so very much.

Every type of smartphone will freeze up at some point. With that said, I love my Bold 9930.

    I upgraded from the 9780.
    NO REGRETS!
    The screen is amazing. period.
Didn't think the keyboard could get any better than the 9780, but it has. Best keyboard I have ever used or even heard of on a phone.

The web browser in OS7 is a huge, huge, huge, upgrade over OS6. I actually use the web browser now without swearing.

The speaker is LOUD and clear.

The phone just looks dang sexy. Three of my iPhone using friends have commented on how sexy the new BB looks. (They're even more impressed when I can hold it by the metal bezel and not lose signal strength )

I always second guess myself when spending money on a new phone. Not this time. Absolutely the best phone purchase I have made. I will be happy with this phone for a looooooong time... or at least until the QNX phones come out. LOL
RIM is dead. Long live BlackBerry!

Best RIM has done yet! Don't read other reviews with a closed mind. Read with an impartial opened mind. Lots of Android and iOS users reviewing the new Blackberrys, giving them a bad rap. Blackberry is not iOS or Android. Keep that in mind. I love the 9930!!!!! Battery doesn't last long because I play with it ALL the time. I love it that much! On normal use, battery is excellent.

I absolutely love my 9930 and haven't had a single problem. My girl has one too and she loves it. ZERO battery issues.

It's a really slick phone. I have a friend that has a 9650 and is a BBM freak, but he's on the fence about staying with BB. I showed him my phone and he crapped himself. I don't think he's going anywhere now.
