Ran the stock blackberry test (all 32 steps) on both phones. Service with t-mobile
1) the camera / view finder test did not work (on both phones so thinking it is a s/w issue)
2) one phone had a squeaky touchpad. I think that the noise comes from the plastic part around the pad and the other 4 buttons.
3) other phone had 1 dead pixel with white screen backdrop and 3 pixels with the red background.
RMA'ing both as i type. Wanted to see if anyone experienced the dead pixels. I know the squeaky issue is common with some folks.
