Default Disable Internal Storage when Plug to Windows

I want to disable the Internal 8GB memory from being detected by Windows and just want my 16GB "External" memory to be shown

Is it possible to do it through some settings on the Blackberry? Can't seems to find it but maybe I am missing something...

Not really. I am just OCD towards such small details. It just doesn't look good.

But I found a solution which is basically to hide the drive
