I only started having this problem after upgrading to 7.1, whether it is coincidental or whether there is a hardware fault. I'm not sure.
Basically sometimes when I take it out of the pouch, the screen is heavily dimmed, you can barely see what's on the screen. To resolve it, I put it back in the pouch and try again later. It's somewhat annoying, and it happens from time to time, not all the time.
Can anyone suggest something? Or should I attempt to downgrade back to 7.0?
Downgraded to 7.0 and the problem remained, I guess it's a hardware problem. I contacted amazon and they want to give me a full refund. Problem solved.
