i just pulled the battery for charging .. then after an hour i putted it back and my device memory was like this

All of my medias were gone .. somebody please help me i'm begging you T_T

Have you at least tried it in something else to see if it can be read like a computer? There's not really a lot that can be done here. You need to determine for yourself if the card is dead or can be read otherwise.

I still haven't done it ... all i've done up until now is "Battery Pull"
