    There was a video shot from Backberry bold and for some reason the "copy file" function is not an option when we select the video file. How can we copy this file to computer or media SD card? Or is there any other option or technique we can use to ensure we can save this video file?

    you need to go to device manager not video app

    On my phone its listed as "Files" and the icon is a gray file cabinet.
